custom orders, reservation and requests

As I list new items more often, I'm sorry but I am no longer taking any custom orders, requests and reservations in advance.
I still can reserve the items which items are in my shop but not any items that not available in the shop.

I'll contact customers who sent me enquiries before 16th of June about reservation.
If I can make the item, I will make MTO (Made to order) listings.
These listings are for the customers who sent me enquiry so these listings will be removed after 3 days if not purchased.

I'll update the shop announcement before listing new items.

I received some enquiries about how to reserve an item.
You can find the info in my shop policies.

*A duplicate item from the sold items can be reserved if it is in stock.
I'LL ONLY RESERVE A SPECIFIC ITEM WITH A LINK/URL FROM SOLD ITEMS.

(contact me via the listing from sold items)


When leaving a message, it would be more helpful for me to find
what you are enquiring about if you follow these steps :)


Go to "sales" (Go to Shop Info on the left hand side of the page)
 so you can see all sold items.

then

contact me using the ink. "Ask a question"


 
and you can see this message


URL of the item is already in the message.
so I can check the item that you are looking for.

If the item is in stock, I can reserve it for you :)

I reserve items for 3 days. please make a payment within those 3 days.
 because I might get offers from other customers.


As I mentioned in my shop policies, I can't reserve the item in advance if the item is NOT IN STOCK even if I have a plan to make it again.
I'm not able to put you on the waiting list because this works as custom orders.

So please contact me again.


Please note that...You might see some new items at flickr, but I don't reserve them in advance*because I need to make the listing to put a description. (I prefer customers to check details, description and price etc. to decide what they purchase.)
*If I have duplicates in these new items, I might be able to reserve some of them.
If I accept your reservation for these new items, please check the item's description etc.,
when I list your reserved item.
if you would like to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible.
I hold the item for 3 days, if you leave it more than 3 days without any contact,
I'll assume that it is cancelled and I'll release the item from reservations.


When I take reservations in advance (due to a big listing etc.), I'll put notice at my shop announcement.
(I recommend you to click "read more" because this shop announcement only shows a little)

***IMPORTANT***
I might not be able to reserve some of the items if I have more than one enquiry about the same item at the same time because I can't deal with the time differences but I still want to be fair to all customers.
so it will be first come, first served.
